Nissan has just the car for you. They've created a high-riding, convertible crossover. It's called the Murano CrossCabriolet.
Nissan actually believes this car will sell, but I find that very hard to believe.
It only has four seats, so it's not a practical crossover. It also has crummy handling, so its not as fun as most convertibles. With those facts in mind, its hard to see why the CrossCabriolet is a smart buy.
If you are a new car buyer walking into a showroom full of new cars. Don't buy one as confused as the CrossCabriolet. It simply doesn't make sense.
If you've got the $47,200 needed to bring this car home, and you want a Japanese convertible and SUV, avoid the CrossCabriolet. Buy a normal Murano and a three year old Miata instead. Get real.
