How to Grow a Beard at 15

How to Grow a Beard at 15
I'm sure you've heard this before and I'll say it again, the natural growth of facial hair really depends on your genetics. Some people are born with a higher level of the male hormone testosterone in their blood, which is responsible for all the 'masculine qualities', then you will start getting a beard earlier than others. For those who do not have the same level of testosterone in their body, they will get a beard later. But mind you, having less testosterone in your body doesn't disadvantage you or make you less of a man in any way whatsoever. So, if your beard buds don't start appearing at 15, don't fret!

Most people start getting traces of facial hair at about 15. A full-grown beard in a 15 year old is quite rare. But there may be some ways, in which you can get the beard to grow thicker and faster. Now, I'm not saying that this is always possible. These are only some theoretical suggestions that ideally should be the answers to your query on, 'How to grow a beard faster?

How to Grow a Beard Quicker?
Well, I'm not going to say that these tips on how to grow a beard fast, are definitely going to work. This is a matter related to the human body and hence, these things vary from person to person. These tips have worked on some people, but haven't worked on others. But hey, what's the harm in giving it a shot? After all, if your beard does grow fast, isn't that what you want? So, here are some tips on how to grow a beard at 15.

Shave Regularly: I'm not sure what the science behind this is, but it is largely believed that shaving regularly (even if you do not have a beard) helps it grow faster. So, if you shave everyday (despite the abject lack of hair), you may be able to grow your hair faster.

Growth Stimulants: Well, you may plow the field everyday, but what if the land is not fertile? No, I'm not talking about testosterone medication. It may be affective but it is a strong medication and certainly not something I would recommend to a 15 year old. There are also reports that taking minoxidil medication for blood pressure helps in growing a beard faster, but that medicine is primarily for hypertension so let's just keep it at that. The fertilizer I'm talking about, is the plain and simple protein. You must've studied in science how hair is made of a protein known as keratin. Well, you could consume protein-rich foods that might stimulate hair growth in your body. They are good and have no side effects. And besides, if you don't a manly beard after eating protein, you will surely get a manly, ripped body!

To end this article, I would just like to say that there is no sure-fire answer to the question on how to grow a beard at 15. It really depends on nature and genetics. If you are meant to grow the beard, you will. If you're not meant to grow a beard at such a young age, you won't. All I can say is, you might enjoy showing off the beard today, but 4-5 years down the line, it will be a major hassle to maintain/shave it daily!
