CLOSE UP++ Hyundai Inokom Santa Fe 2.2 CRDI 6 speed auto.

In this Blog entry, I'm reviewing a Hyundai Inokom Santa Fe 2.2CRDI. This is a "Bang for the Buck" Part time 4x4 Diesel 7 seater SUV. The Santa Fe was launched back in 2007 while the facelift (as featured here) was launched in KLIMS (KL International Motor Show) 2010. Picture below:

The facelifted Santa Fe's mated with 6 speed Automatic. Check out the Max Power and torque. 192hp@3800rpm and a WHOOPING 442Nm@1800rpm Torque. This car comes standard with G-force. 0-100km/h in 9.8secs and top speed of 190km/h. It also comes standard with NAPPA Leather, Elec glass sunroof, Integrated Multimedia GPS, Climate Control etc... As for fuel consumption, it fetches a respectable 8.4l/100km average.

MY RATING: 8.5/10.

Price for High Spec: RM172,000 OTR Private Registration which is a bargain. Used prices are as follows:

A Hyundai mostrou os detalhes do Eon, um carro subcompacto feito especialmente para a Índia.

Ele concorre com o Toyota Etios Liva e Honda Brio. O carro mede 150 cm de altura, 349 cm de comprimento, 155 cm de largura e 238 cm de entre-eixos. É o menor modelo da marca, batendo o Hyundai i10.

O motor é um 0.8 três cilindros de 56 cv. O carro custará 267 mil rúpias.

CLOSE UP++: Hyundai Avante X20

In this blog entry, I'm covering a "CLOSE UP" review of Hyundai Elantra Avante X20.  It was produced CKD in Malaysia from 2008 to early of 2011.

In Malaysia, used Hyundai Avante X20 are as follows:
2008: RM56,000, 2009: RM62,000, 2010: RM68,000.

A reviewer once said, the 2010 Hyundai Elantra is the best car for anyone who wants a Toyota Altis (Corolla) driving experience without paying the Toyota Altis prices.
The Malaysian spec comes with a 143HP, 186Nm Torque, 4-Cylinder, DOHC, CVVT (Constantly Variable Valve Timing) with Step-Gate Shift Lever, 4-speed Automatic transmission.
